hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. breakfast is very good. room is clean and quiet.

location is a bit away from the city center, but for the price we have payed, we cannot really complain this and we still think the hotel is of very good value.

Value for money, location and access to the metro. The staff was very helpful with my queries.

Internet is accessible for free but was placed in a smoking room. Not a good idea. My room was not cleaned in the 3 nights that I stayed. Except for the sheets and toiletries being tidied, the toilet remained dirty and the floor was not swept. Housekeeping could do more especially for guests who stay for more than one night.

It's the cheapest possibility in vienna I think, if you're looking for a room for two with an own bathroom. No luxury but it gives what it offers. Breakfast is nice as well.

Many loud people, thin walls. I wouldn't suggest for long stay, rather for a few nights during a sightseeing tour.

Location near Beldevere Palace, in few minutes you can reach downtown; trams and U Bahn available very nearby the hotel.

Hotel situated close to the U-bahn station Südtiroler Platz, very helpfull staff. The room was clean.

It was a bit difficult to get to the hotel, only because one of the metro lines was down for a refurbishment. But this is hardly the hotel's fault.

maid went inside my room while i was having breakfast leaving door wide open while my luggage still in the room unattended.

Staff friendly and helful. Speak a good English and I also heard Spanish. Breakfast is not very rich, but perfectly fine, especially for the price. The room very basic, but clean and with everything necessary. My room was on the 1st floor facing the back yard, so even at 30 degrees outside it was Ok inside (without air conditioner).

The sound isolation is not sufficient, but this is a common problem. Otherwise the service was up to the price (I payed 39 euro per night in a single room in July).

I stayed there only one night almost a month ago, so I don't recall anything in particular. The price was fair and included a breakfast - buffet offered a very good choice. Metro station is very close to the hotel, although the center is within a walking distance. Very good location for a visit to Belvedere.

Hotel does not have a separate luggage room. Instead, luggage is left in a bar next to reception desk, supervised by friendly and attentive receptionist.

2 single mattresses side by side instead of a double mattress. Bottom sheet too small for the mattress, duvet cover had holes in several places. No safe place to store the luggage the day of your departure.

We have choosen hotel for its price and did not expect too much. We were pleasently surprised- all of the furnishment is new, it is very clean. Breakfast is rich and with good products. Also location- 20min slow walking to the center. This is the best place for overnight stay regarding value for the money

Walls are thin and noisy neighbours might be heared.

The staff were very friendly and efficient.

One day there was no cleaning room, I don´t know why, that deslike us so much.
